There is the anarchy zone, a +/-20,000 block region around the axis that is unclaimable in all dimensions and outside of that users can band together to fight wars between regions where the last team standing gets the prize money. Wars are meant to be fought in many rounds but be careful not to put up your base as the warring region as they tend to get quite damaged. Wars are opt-in.
