once you have all of those pulled up go to one of them and go to the files tab and scroll down till you see version 1.20.1 make sure it says forge to the side then click the 3 dots then click download file then once its downloaded press windows + R then type in :%appdata% then go to the one that says : .minecraft then go to mods then put your mod that you downloaded in there then load up minecraft make sure its forge then you connect to the server.
